I've heard the reporter asked about capping in general and the response was "let it lie" or "no comment." In essence, it appears the attorney did not want to comment on McMahon's assertions at all, "let it lie." Commenting could have provided some fodder that everyone was desperately seeking...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
