Could be worth watching, nevertheless, given Kauai County's own recent ban. InverseCondmnation recently posted a link to the Sedona Verde Valley Times story -

The City of Sedona was slammed Friday...with a lawsuit filed in the Superior Court of the State of Arizona asking the courts to declare the...City Code prohibiting short term rentals, unconstitutional, erroneous, void and unenforceable.
